RESPONSIBILITIES OF Davao Tour Packages and PS Van and Travel
Services
Davao
Tour Packages and PS Van and Travel Services shall arrange land transportation for the entire duration of
the tour, schedule pre-arranged landmark visits as well as pay for all
necessary entrance fees, and environmental fees as specified in the Tour
Inclusions sent upon inquiry of clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENTS
Upon
reservation of tours, Client will pay Davao Tour Packages and PS Van
and Travel Services a 30% downpayment of total price. The remaining
balance will be paid on or before the start of the tour.
All paid fees are non-refundable if cancellation
occurs during the tour date.
10% of
the whole amount paid shall be refunded to the guest who cancels at the latest,
14 days after confirmation and after paying the initial 30% deposit.
Client understands
that Davao Tour
Packages and PS Van and Travel Services shall be responsible only for
making arrangements as a travel agent. Client will not hold Davao Tour
Packages and PS Van and Travel Services responsible and liable for any
accident, loss, injury, damage to property in connection with any
accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or
indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment,
acts of GOD, flood, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation
or change in the itinerary. Baggage is at owners risk throughout the trip.
Client agrees
that Davao Tour Packages and PS
Van and Travel Services reserves
the right to terminate servicing any guest who is in its opinion is not
respecting its driver and tour assistant.
This
Agreement is effective during the entire duration of the tour. In the interest
of trust and friendship, both parties shall exert best efforts to avoid breach
and settle all disputes amicably before resorting to their grievances before
the courts of law.
